Terms of service

Written to be read, not to hide behind. If something here is unclear, ask before you buy.

Last updated 17 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

isharpai provides always-on security monitoring and protection software for online businesses. These terms apply to every account, including free scans and free tiers.

2. What the service is

You install our protection core inside your own system. It runs in your infrastructure, makes its own decisions locally, and sends us signals about what it saw. We watch those signals, publish updates, and notify you when something needs attention.

We are never in the path of your traffic. If our side is unreachable, your protection keeps running on its own judgment. That is a design rule, not a best effort.

3. Subscriptions and commitment terms

  • Plans are sold on 3, 6 or 12 month commitment terms. Longer terms carry a lower effective monthly price.
  • A term runs from the start date and renews for the same length unless you tell us otherwise before it ends.
  • Prices are shown in SEK excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your country and VAT number.
  • Valid EU business VAT numbers outside Sweden are handled as reverse charge, verified against the EU VIES register.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel renewal at any time; the current term still runs to its end.
  • Committed terms are not refunded part-way, because the discount is the price of the commitment.
  • If we materially fail to deliver the service, tell us — we will fix it or release you from the remaining term.

5. Acceptable use

  • Only install the core on systems you own or are authorised to protect.
  • Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the core, its keys or its update manifests.
  • Do not attempt to use our infrastructure to attack, scan or profile third parties.
  • Free scans are for domains you control.

6. Updates

Security updates are signed and published by us. Critical releases carry a deadline; after it passes, an out-of-date installation is asked to upgrade before it can keep reporting. Keeping your installation current is your responsibility, and we make it as close to one command as we can.

7. Support

Support is AI-first and available every hour of every day, in your account. We do not publish response-time promises, phone numbers or support email addresses, and we do not sell an SLA that we cannot keep honestly. What we promise is that the assistant is always there and that anything it cannot resolve becomes a ticket we see.

8. What we do not promise

No security product can promise that nothing will ever happen. We promise continuous, honest work: local decisions, signed updates, visible findings and no silence when something goes wrong. We do not promise immunity, and anyone who does is selling you something else.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the current term.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will say so in your account before the change takes effect for your running term.
